The Graduation Dinner & Dance in June 17, 2023 will be the second graduation celebration event since the pandemic. We are happy to support our graduating class of 2023 in celebrating their final year at Prince of Wales Secondary.
Prince of Wales PAC is requesting our parents and alumni to please consider donating to the Graduation Fund. We are also hosting fundraising activities to help our graduating class cover the cost of their Graduation Dinner & Dance, which has a budget of around $25,000+.
We have sold 145 tickets, so far! Please buy your PW Prom Tickets soon! We will keep it at $150 for students and $175 for guests (+1). Final ticket sales are on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Also, there will be no refunds after May 24, 2023, thank you! We look forward to seeing you at Prom!
There are 2 ways to pay for the PW Prom Tickets:
- E-transfer payments to the e-mail princeofwalesprom23@pwpac.org
- *Eventbrite – https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/pw-grad-dinner-dance-2023-tickets-468892629477 – Eventbrite has NON-REFUNDABLE user fees. You will get your money back on your ticket if you change your mind, but Eventbrite will not return user fees. This is just for the convenience of anyone who wants to use a credit card.
This Prom is entirely organized by parents and is sponsored by ticket sales and limited donations.
To donate via SchoolCashOnline, please follow these simple steps:
- To make donation, go to https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com/Fee/Details/1869/196/false/true/
- Choose from a list of donation amounts or enter your own specific amount.
- Choose Fund Destination and select S-PRINCE OF WALES PAC from the drop-down menu.
- To ensure your donation is applied to your student’s event, fill in the Message box under the section Message to School Board with: Grad Donation 2023 – Grad Dinner/Dance Sponsorship
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- Review the information and click “Continue” if everything is correct.
- You will be prompted to sign in. (If you don’t have a School Cash Online account, then click on “Click here to register now” and follow the steps to complete the registration process or simply click on “Continue as guest” and checkout via VISA or Mastercard).
- Once you have logged in, you can complete your payment using your credit card.
- After the payment has been processed, a tax receipt will appear on screen for printing. You will also receive a receipt in your email.
