Prom 2025 is organized by the Student Grad committee for graduating students and their guests. It will be an evening dinner and dance event on June 13th, 2025 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

COMING THIS JUNE, PW Prom 2024 is a School Sanctioned event and is only for Prince of Wales senior students and their pre-approved guests (Grade 11 PW and Grade 12 Secondary School Students*).*see Guest application details in attached Grad Info Bulletin on Grad Home Page.

It will be an evening dinner and dance event on Friday June 14th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (655 Burrard St. Vancouver). 5:30pm-11pm. Ticket sales will begin May 1st through to June3rd at $165 per person. Purchase tickets via Schoolcashonline payment system.
**Note there will also be a separate option to make a donation to the 2024 Prom via the Schoolcashonline system. Until then, you can use a PW PAC donation and specify PROM 2024 in the comments section.

We hope this email finds you well!We’re reaching out to you with excitement and anticipation as we embark on the journey to plan this year’s Midnight in New York prom.
As parents of grade 11 and 12 high school students, you understand the significance of this event in our students’ lives. It’s not just a dance; it’s a milestone, a memory that will be cherished for years to come.
Our goal is to make this year’s prom an unforgettable and safe experience for our students, and we believe that working together is the key to achieving that goal.
