6:30 PM: Introduction by the host * Welcome remarks and introduction of the event * Brief overview of the program for the night
6:35 PM – 7:15 PM: Q&A session with grade 12 student representatives
* Introduce the grade 12 student representatives: Andy Zhang, Jessica Qi, Jackie Franks, Matthew Jiang, Richard Ma
* Student representatives answer the questions and share tips and insights about the application process, their personal experiences, and any challenges they faced
7:15 PM – 7:45 PM: Q&A session with special guests
* Introduce the special guests: Alvin Lin from Harvard University and Frank Jia from UBC
* Special guests share insights and information about their universities and answer the audience’s questions
7:45 PM – 8:00 PM: Q&A session with audience
* Moderator opens the floor to the audience for any additional questions they have for the student representatives and special guests
* Hosts provide final insights and advice to the audience on the university application process
8:00 PM: Closing remarks by the host *
